Socialinio kapitalo raiška nevyriausybinių organizacijų veikloje

LTNevyriausybinių organizacijų veikla ir plėtra tiesiogiai priklauso nuo organizacijų sukaupto ir galimo pritraukti socialinio kapitalo, o dalyvavimas tinkluose yra neatsiejamas nuo jų funkcijų vykdymo. Šiame straipsnyje nevyriausybinės organizacijos analizuojamos kaip vienos iš esminių viešojo valdymo sistemos dalyvių, mažinančių atskirtį tarp sektorių ir skatinančių tarpsektorinę partnerystę, o jų socialinis kapitalas suvokiamas kaip tai, kas padeda kurti visuomenės gerovę ir skatina demokratijos bei ekonomikos augimą. Straipsnyje, siekiant išanalizuoti socialinio kapitalo raišką nevyriausybinių organizacijų veikloje, remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize nagrinėjama socialinio kapitalo samprata ir jo dedamosios, išskiriami tarpusavio bendradarbiavimo, pasitikėjimo ir esamų formalių bei neformalių ryšių ir institutų aspektai. ENThe activity and the development of the non-governmental organizations directly depend on the social capital, which is gathered by the organizations and is possible to attract, while the participation in the network is inherent from their functioning. In this article, the non-governmental organizations are analysed as one of the most significant public management system participants, which reduce the separation between sectors and those, which promote intersectoral partnership, while their social capital is perceived as helping create the well-being of society and promoting the growth of democracy and economics. In the article, the concept of the social capital and its structure are analysed, the aspects of trust and present formal and informal relations and institutes are distinguished aiming at analysing the expression of social capital in the activity of the non-governmental organizations on the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature. Also, referring to the wide spectrum of the activity of the non-governmental organizations, the aim of the article is to determine, what are the elements of social capital and how they influence different types of activities of the non-governmental organization.
