Summary / Abstract:

LTPastaruoju metu vis daugiau dėmesio skiriama savarankiškam studentų mokymuisi, gebėjimui mokytis. Ypač aktualus tyrėjams ir praktikams išlieka savarankiškam mokymuisi reikalingų gebėjimų plėtojimas, motyvacijos stiprinimas, refleksijos ir kritinio mąstymo skatinimas. Užsiėmimus lankančių studentų bendrieji gebėjimai, kurie reikalingi atliekant savarankiškus darbus ir bus svarbūs darbo rinkoje (spręsti iškylančias problemas, kontroliuoti, organizuoti, bendrauti, dirbti komandoje ir kt.) būna nevienodi, motyvacija mokytis mažėja. Svarbi koleginių studijų sudedamoji dalis yra studentų savarankiškas darbas, kuris turi būti tinkamai organizuojamas, kontroliuojamas, vertinamas, aprūpinamas svarbiausiais informacijos šaltiniais. Atliktas tyrimas siekiant išsiaiškinti savarankiškų darbų raiškos aspektus kolegijoje. Siejant gautus studentų apklausos tyrimo rezultatus su kitų autorių atliktais tyrimais analizė gali leisti įžvelgti savarankiškų darbų raiškos aspektų silpnąsias vietas ir padėti prognozuoti tobulinimo tendencijas. ENAn important component of the college studies is student independent learning, which has to be properly organized, controlled, rated, endowed with the most important sources o f information. Basic skills of students attending classes needed for the independent learning and which will be important in the job market (problem solvency, control, organize, communicate, work in teams, etc.) considerably varies, motivation to learn decreases. Questions arise: How to develop student's independent learning in college studies? On what subjects lecturers should be focused, in order to enable the student to learn independently, and that it would operate in pedagogical practice? On the other hand, how to create such conditions for students that the lecturers presented material in class wouldn't be the main and only source for studying? College pedagogical studies program students approach to characteristics of independent learning assignments organization, research may help to improve the organization of the process in universities. The research problem elaborated on these issues: How to organize an independent learning, to help students study successfully? Which features of independent work organization are important for students with selected pedagogical studies program? Keywords: independent learning, self learning. The research aim is to indicate the aspects of students' self-study work expression at high school institution.The research focus is institutions of higher education independent learning manifestation characteristics. The following methods were applied in the study: literature review, a written survey using standardized questionnaire, standardized analysis of statistical data. Instrument: Evalution was carried out according to Likert scale. Research sample: The study was conducted in 2013. The Research was participated by 51 student of pedagogical studies program. The questionnaire consisted of five blocks, which included 34 closed-end statements, which enables to identify students' opinion about the specifics of independent learning organization, that are related to the chosen studies direction and enables them to learn independently. The data collection method: Quiz using a standardized closed questionnaire. Statistical analysis was carried out by using the SPSS Windows 19.0. Results: It was found that the pedagogical studies program students commend teachers independent learning planning. During independent task students are not limited with the requirements, lecturers plays a consultant role, and motivate them to carry out tasks that can reveal students' interpersonal competence. During individual and group assignments they are encouraged to be proactive, learn from their experience, however less team tasks arc performed. [From the publication]
