LTNuolatinė technologijų kaita yra technologinio ugdymo kontekstas, kelianti uždavinį ugdyti atities žmogų. Straipsnyje pristatoma technologinio ugdymo ir technologijų mokomojo dalyko svarba, ugdant mokinių kūrybiškumą, diegiant inovatyvius mokymo/mokymosi metodus. Straipsnyje pateikiami tyrimo – technologijų mokytojų pranešimų, pristatytų nacionalinėje mokslinėje praktinėje konferencijoje, – analizės rezultatai. Atlikta dokumentų analizė atskleidė, kad mokytojai technologijų pamokose taiko inovatyvius metodus: mokomųjų dalykų integraciją, projektų metodą, įvairias technikas ir technologijas (šilkografiją, siūlų dažymą grybais, kvilingą, tapybą ant šilko ir pan.). Tyrimo rezultatai rodo, kad technologijų dalyko turinys yra modernus, inovatyvus, siejamas su naujausiomis technologijomis, realizuojamas pasirenkant inovatyvius ugdymo metodus ir priemones. ENConstant technological change is the context of technology education and it poses challenges to educate a person ready to live under conditions of change. One of the main objectives of modern school is to educate a thinking person, capable of solving problems, an agile, free, creative, independent person. Technology education – is an integral complex of social and educational determinants of students’ creativity within comprehensive education. The technology education consists of multidisciplinary content and a variety of diverse activities, which propose favourable conditions to develop students’ creativity. Modern, new curriculum is directly related to the latest technology, and these increasingly determine the methods and tools. The student’s interest in the subject and teaching method determine his/her behaviour, values’ dispositions formation, and the expression of personality in the society. The aim of the article - to reveal the application of innovative methods within technology education, motivating students’ creativity. The methods of research: analysis of scientific literature, document analysis, descriptive analysis. The results of the survey revealed that in the technology education students do not only learn about their environment, as consumers, but also begin to explore the traditions, crafts, and production technological processes, trying to use information technologies and collecting data. Developing students’ creativity, the technology education teachers integrate with other subjects, so as to implement the creative ideas into practice.
