LTStraipsnyje analizuojama Lietuvos Respublikos stojimo į Europos Sąjungą įtaka nacionalinei teisės sistemai. Visų pirma, aptariamas Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucijos požiūris į tarptautinę viešąją teisę, taip pat analizuojama Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucinio Teismo praktika šioje srityje. Po to aptariama Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucijos pataisų, susijusių su valstybės stojimu į Europos Sąjungą, poreikio problematika, jų priėmimo eiga ir priimtų pataisų turinys. Pagrindinis dėmesys skiriamas 2004 m. liepos 13 d. priimtam Lietuvos Respublikos konstituciniam aktui Dėl Lietuvos Respublikos narystės Europos Sąjungoje. Taip pat analizuojamos kitos narystės ES nulemtos Konstitucijos pataisos. Po to vertinama pastarųjų metų Lietuvos Respublikos teismų praktika Europos Sąjungos teisės taikymo srityje. Straipsnyje taip pat analizuojamas valstybės narystės Europos Sąjungoje poveikis teisėkūros procesui, taip pat Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo ir Vyriausybės santykiams, priimant su dalyvavimu Europos Sąjungoje susijusius sprendimus. Galiausiai glaustai aptariami Sutarties dėl Konstitucijos Europai prigimties ir jos ratifikavimo Lietuvoje klausimai. ENThe article analyzes the influence of accession of the Republic of Lithuania into the European Union to the national legislation. First and foremost, the view of the international public law by the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania is discussed and the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania in the area is analyzed. Then the problems of the need for amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, related to the accession into the European Union, the process of adoption and content of such amendments are discussed. The major attention is dedicated to the Constitutional Act “On the Membership of the Republic of Lithuania in the European Union”, adopted 13 July 2004. Other amendments to the Constitution, resulting from the membership in the EU are also analyzed. Then the practice of courts of the Republic of Lithuania in the area of application of the legislation of the European Union during the later years is evaluated. The article also analyzes the influence of the European Union membership to the legislation process and the relations between the Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania when adopting the decisions, pertaining to the membership in the European Union. The final portion of the article provides a brief discussion of the issues of the character of the Treaty Establishing the Constitution for Europe and its ratification in Lithuania.
