ENAt the end of the XX century we conceive more evidently that fast technologic progress is a threat to all the mankind and each individual as technologic innovations given to a "bad" man may become a deadly weapon. According to A. Maslow, "mankind must become better, otherwise it shall be swept off the surface of the earth, or if the cataclysms on a world scale are escaped, people will be forced to live under the permanent threat of dying out" (Maslow A., 1997, p. 32). Thus he the same as many other scientists cherish the idea of creating a perfect society of mentally sane individuals, ready to realize themselves. But it is not still clear how such a perfect society and "good" individuals can be created. Certainly, much depends on the nature of a man, on conditions created in the plasma, cytoplasm of the embryo, etc. But modern science provides more data on the dependence of the existence of any living being not only on its natural factors, but also on his environment: natural, social, cultural. In this context the importance of training is evident as training is able to direct the dispersion of a personality to the desired direction. [...]. [From the publication]
