Kraštovaizdžio grožio pažinimo ir apsaugos problema teritorinėje aplinkosaugoje

LTAptariami kraštovaizdžio grožio pažinimo metodologijos ypatumai, galima sudėtis, kriterijai ir jų svarba kraštovaizdžio architektūroje. Keliama kraštovaizdžio grožio sisteminės teritorinės apsaugos problema, pateikiama šios apsaugos vieta bendroje teritorinės aplinkosaugos struktūroje. Akcentuojamas būtinumas pripažinti ir įteisinti kraštovaizdžio grožio apsaugos svarbą kraštotvarkoje. ENLandscape aesthetics and its assessment is one of the most complicated problems in landscape architecture. The development of various evaluation methods for the scenery assessment is necessary as well as constructive analysis of perceptual situation of landscape spaces. Special interest is on methods of determination of perceptually homogeneous parts of the landscape (videotopes) or areas with aesthetically equal quality (emotiontopes). Aesthetic value could be assessed only by integration of all its criteria: landscape vitality, expression, diversity, originality and harmony. Lithuanian protected areas system is oriented to conservational protection of geographical and biological diversity with traditional types of national and regional parks and reserves.However, there is no validated recreational profile of regional (landscape) parks, which has to be intended mostly for landscape’s aesthetic resources. Recently, it is more and more difficult to maintain the scenic landscape areas, as society has become savage and entrenchment of capitalism is not under control. Since Lithuanian territory of potential sites, which have aesthetic values, is not governed by their security, it is necessary to explore all options for protection and development in this planning area. Recreational protected areas establishment and management practice in countries that are most advanced in this field – USA and Great Britain, is the good example how to solve this problem. The proposed system of perspective recreational regional (landscape) in Lithuania presents 22 units which differed in priorities, level of value analysis and real possibilities for establishment.
