LTStraipsnyje mokinių, mokinių tėvų ir mokytojų požiūriu analizuojami vaiko teisių ir pareigų įgyvendinimo aspektai pagal Jungtinių Tautų vaiko teisių konvencijos principus. Pristatomas vaiko teisių ir pareigų įgyvendinimas vadovaujantis vaiko teisių ir pareigų teiginiais (parengta pagal Vaiko teisių konvenciją), vaiko teisių ir pareigų sritimis (mokymasis, santykiai su mokytojais, dalyvavimas, vaiko apsauga nuo išnaudojimo, santykiai šeimoje, tolerancija, santykiai su bendraamžiais, ateities projektavimas). Aptariami vaiko teisių ir pareigų įgyvendinimo skirtumai pagal mokinių, mokinių tėvų ir mokytojų nuomones. Pateikiama analizė pagal vaiko teisių ir pareigų sritis: nustatyta, kokias vaiko teisių ir pareigų sritis labiausiai ir mažiausiai akcentuoja mokiniai, tėvai ir mokytojai. Pristatoma vaiko teisių ir vaiko pareigų įgyvendinimo lyginamoji analizė, aptariami iš koreliacinės analizės gauti vaiko teisių ir pareigų; pareigų ir pareigų; teisių ir teisių statistinio ryšio stiprumai. ENThe present article investigates the implementation aspects of rights and obligations of the child from the viewpoint of pupils, parents and teachers, by taking into account the principles of the Convention of the United Nations on the Rights of the Child. The implementation of the rights and obligations of the child is introduced according to the statements of the rights and obligations of the child (prepared in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child) as well as the fields directly relating to the rights and obligations of the child (education, relationships with teachers, participation, protection from child abuse, family relationships, tolerance, relationships with peers as well as the design of the future). The paper discusses the differences between the implementation of the rights and obligations of the child in accordance with the attitudes of pupils as well as their parents and teachers. The analysis is presented in accordance with the fields of the child’s rights and obligations: it was identified which fields of the child rights and obligations are the most and the least emphasized by pupils, parents and teachers. The comparative analysis of the implementation of the rights and obligations is presented and the rights and obligations of the child, his/her responsibilities and duties, strengths of rights and statistical connection between rights are discussed and obtained from the analysis of correlation.
