ENUntil these days organizational culture is researching definition because of there is no one acceptable attitudes what is this issue, there is no decided which elements constitutes organizational culture. In this article is described method of organizational culture searching. Organizational culture is one of the most important issues in organization life. Big part of organization success depends from suitable and well-designed organizational culture. In order to create or develop organizational culture as the first step should be detection of the current organizational culture. In this article was shown all design steps and was created one case. In the first part of this article is described the benefit of the organizational culture for companies. Many different scientific authors submit different kinds of them. Some of them help developed employers loyalty for the organization, on the other hand it helps to create good relationships between employers and organization also it helps rise up efficiency and work successfully. There are combined several authors’ attitudes submitted 8 performance criteria of organizational culture. They are uniqueness, loyalty, integration, management, consistency, aspirations, productivity, and innovation. In the second part of this article is described the instruments of the organizational culture assessment. In the different kind of literature there are different instruments suitable for the assessment. Only understanding of them differences let choose the best of each case. In this article made new 7 instruments to search organizational culture. Analysis of L. Šimanskienė (2002) and J. Ott (1989) methods helped to create it.New searching of organizational culture steps are: analyze of physical environment, analyze of organization literature, analyze of employees attitudes, analyze of management structure, activity monitoring, analyze of culture symbols, analyze of relationship with clients. In the third part of this article is analyzed the main elements of the organizational culture. As the first organizational culture searching step should keep identification of the organizational culture objective. Different scientific authors indicated different kind of them. In order to design methodology should pick up the best and most suitable for the organizational culture assessment. In this article made analysis of different elements models. There were analyzed of these authors: E. Schein (1992); T. Peters, R. Watterman (1982); Č. Purlys (2009); S. Staniulienė (2010). In the last part of this article is designed assessment method for organizational culture. This method was created after chose model of the organizational culture elements. In this case it was used 12 elements created by S. Staniulienė (2010). These elements were chosen because of this model completeness. In the other step of this method were used assessment tools. This tool was used because of possibility to detect organizational culture from different sights. It is strongly recommended to detect some of material elements by exploring. As example to study companies’ environment where it is possible to detect companies symbols, communication culture and so on. For the objective organizational culture assessment in this designed method recommended to study different kind of companies’ literature for example companies internet page, newspapers and other printed information about organization.
