LTStraipsnyje pateikiami vadybos kultūros ir socialinio atsakingumo empirinio tyrimo, atlikto savivaldos organizacijoje, rezultatai. Tyrimo objektas – vadybos kultūros ir socialinio atsakingumo sąsajos. Tyrimo tikslas – nustačius vadybos kultūros ir socialinio atsakingumo lygius, pagrįsti vadybos kultūros ir socialinio atsakingumo sąsajas. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti iškelti šie uždaviniai: nustatyti vadybos kultūros lygį; nustatyti socialinio atsakingumo lygį; pagrįsti vadybos kultūros ir socialinio atsakingumo ryšius. ENPaper presents empirical research results on management culture and social responsibility, which was carried out in the self-governing organization. The object of the research is links between management culture and social responsibility. The aim of the research: to justify the links between management culture and social responsibility after having determined management culture and social responsibility levels. The following objectives have been raised to achieve the aim of the research: to determine the level of management culture; to determine the level of social responsibility; to justify the links between management culture and social responsibility. The main results of this research show that the increase of social responsibility is inseparable from the raise of management culture level. [From the publication]
