LTLankstumas yra svarbi konkurencingumo sudedamoji dalis, kuri prisideda prie įmonių veiklos efektyvumo, rezultatyvumo didinimo ir organizacijų įvaizdžio kūrimo. ENThe scientific flexibility concept definition of contract theory problem efficiency can be checked by the way of how problem flexible solution is taken into the context of changing environment. J. G. Polavieja (2005), D. Jong, R. Witte (2008) study emphasized the importance of flexibility and the need for competitive in the globalized economy. F. Salladarre, B. Hlaimi (2011) identified that flexibility is significant contribution to the attractiveness of the employment relationship. P. Zakarevicius and E. Zuperkiene (2008) noted that labor market demand for talent specialist is growing and it depends on flexibility of labor relations. The practical research problem. Economic survey of the Lithuanian free market institute examined the flexible regulation of labor relations in Lithuania which according to experts remains one of the most problematic areas of business conditions preventing the economy. Flexibility in labor relations and other areas are becoming a necessity in order to operate more effectively in the globalized environment. In the scientific literature the concept of flexibility is considered fragmented. The research subject – flexibility approach expression in contract theory. The research aim – to develop and justify flexibility expression in the context of contracts of the concept. Research objectives: according scientific literature, databases, document analysis to identify the concept of the flexibility and its implications; set the concept of flexibility in contracts theory of labor relations process; uncover contract theory concept.
