Nevyriausybinių organizacijų veikla ir vaidmuo Lietuvoje

LTŠiuo metu nevyriausybinės organizacijos visose šalyse yra vienas svarbiausių veiksnių, skatinančių plėtrą ir vystymąsi. Straipsnyje remiantis moksline literatūra bei empirinių tyrimų duomenimis, analizuojama nevyriausybinių organizacijų samprata bei veikla ir jų vaidmuo Lietuvoje. Pirmoje straipsnio dalyje analizuojama nevyriausybinių organizacijų samprata bei jų raidą nulėmę išorės veiksniai. Dėmesys skiriamas ne tik istorinei nevyriausybinių organizacijų raidai, bet ir į vystymąsi orientuotų nevyriausybinių organizacijų strategijoms. Tai leidžia nagrinėjamas organizacijas suskirstyti pagal jų veiklos pobūdį ir tikslus. Antroje dalyje analizuojamas nevyriausybinių organizacijų vaidmuo, funkcijos bei veikla, o trečioje dalyje, remiantis Nevyriausybinių organizacijų informacijos ir paramos centro bei struktūrinių nevyriausybinių organizacijų ir savivaldybių bendradarbiavimo tyrimų duomenimis, analizuojamas nevyriausybinių organizacijų Lietuvoje vaidmuo ir jų veiklos perspektyvos. ENNowadays, non-governmental organisations are one of the main contributors to development and growth processes in all countries. This article analyses the main concepts of non-governmental organisations, their activities and role in Lithuania. The article is based on the analysis of scientific literature and empirical studies. The first part of the article analyses the concept of nongovernmental organisations and the external factors that most influence their development. In this part, not only evolution of non-governmental organisations is analysed, but also the strategies of development-oriented NGOs. The second part analyses the role of non-governmental organisations, their functions and activities. The third part is organised according to the data of the Information and Support Centre of NGOs and the studies of structural cooperation between NGOs and local government. This part also entails the analysis of the role of non-governmental organisations in Lithuania and the perspectives of their performance. [From the publication]
