Emigracija Lietuvoje: priežastys ir padariniai

LTEmigracijos procesai, vykstantys Lietuvoje, vis dar kelia nerimą dėl didėjančio masto, todėl svarbi tiek mokslinė, tiek praktinė problema ir siekiamybė ištirti emigracijos priežastis bei įvertinti galimas pasekmes šaliai. Straipsnyje analizuojamos emigracijos Lietuvoje priežastys ir padariniai. Lietuvoje ir užsienyje gyvenančių respondentų atsakymai patvirtino nuomonę, kad išvykstama dažniausia dėl ekonominių priežasčių, deja, kvalifikuoti darbuotojai dažniau išvyksta siekdami didesnių saviraiškos, karjeros galimybių. Padariniai: pablogėjusi demografinė situacija, mažėjantis gimstamumas, silpstanti atsakomybė už artimus žmones, į biudžetą nesurenkami pinigai. ENThe progress of science and technologies stimulated social, economic, cultural and political changes and globalization process also has impact on free movement of people – in another word – has impact on emigration. We can see that emigration process in Lithuania still has very large extent. Lithuania is small country, so big emigration has big influence on Lithuania future. So discuss and evaluate emigration process is important not only in science, but also and practice. The article analyzes reasons and consequences of emigration in Lithuania. It is very important and interesting to evaluate how emigration can influence on country development, what kind of reasons of emigration. The research was done and respondents were questioned about emigration process. 412 persons were questioned whom lived in Lithuania and abroad. We were found that one of main reason of emigration – economical reason (searching bigger salaries and job). High skill workers are going abroad in different reason – searching bigger career, self-expression, and better work conditions. So this problem is bigger how it was seen from first view. Managers of organizations should try to use a lot of managerial ways how to save people in work place. Also were found consequences of emigration: reduced demographical situation, reduced responsibility about family members (children, parents), and no money for state budget. The aim of this paper – to do research and find reasons and consequences of emigration. The object of study – respondent's opinion about reasons and consequences of emigration. Used methods – the analysis of scientific articles, comparison, statistical analysis, SPPS methodology, logic-based conclusions. [From the publication]
