LTStrateginio mąstymo sąsajos su priimamais verslo sprendimais straipsnyje analizuojamos teoriniu ir praktiniu aspektais. Akcentuojama, kad strategiškai mąstantys vadovai, priimdami verslo sprendimus, didelį dėmesį skiria aplinkai ir jos teikiamoms galimybėms, pasekmių ir rezultatų analizei apie ateitį ir galimas jos kryptis, grįžtamajam ryšiui ir mokymuisi; visai organizacijai bei santykių tinkamumui organizacijos viduje. Rengiant straipsnį išanalizuoti ir apibendrinti moksliniai šaltiniai, apklausti Vilniaus, Klaipėdos, Kauno, Šiaulių, Telšių regionų įmonių vadovai, kurie vadovauja rinkoje įsitvirtinusioms ir tarpusavyje konkuruojančioms prekybos bei gamybos pobūdžio paslaugų įmonėms. Tyrimo rezultatai patvirtino hipotezę, kad vadovai, strategiškai mąstantys priimdami verslo sprendimus, pasiekia aukštų veiklos rezultatų. ENIn this article connections between strategic decisions and decision making are analyzed in theoretical and practical aspects. It is emphasized that, when making business decision, managers with strategic thinking pay much attention to the environment and opportunities that it offers, analysis of future consequences, feedback and learning; organization as a whole and relations within it. While writing this article, scientific sources were analyzed and summarized, managers of various competing organizations of trade, manufacturing and services from Vilnius, Klaipėda, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Telšiai regions were surveyed. The results of the research proved the hypothesis, that those managers who develop strategic thinking achieve higher results. Relevance of the research. Rapid economic development, changes in business environment, raise new demands for enterprises that aim to overcome competition. In these circumstances business decisions become main factor in gaining competitive advantage. These decisions determine the way organization will go and where it will lead. Object of the article – elements of strategic thinking. Goal of the article – after determining the connections between strategic thinking and business decisions, provide a model of connections between strategic thinking and business decisions. Tasks of the article: inspect the concept of strategic thinking and decision making on theoretical level; evaluate connections between strategic thinking and business decisions; to provide a model of connections between strategic thinking and business decisions. Business decisions are made by managers who follow strategic thinking that manifests itself in several elements: holistic, creative and analytical thinking, competitive advantage, clear vision of the future. Managers make business decisions apply intuitive model of strategic thinking. [From the publication]
