Šv. Hiacintas : stebuklai ir atvaizdai XVI a. pabaigos - XVII a. pradžios hagiografijoje

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjami Šv. Hiacinto atvaizdai 16 a. pabaigos – 17 a. pradžios hagiografijoje. Pristatoma Šv. Hiacinto biografija ir jo kanonizacija, atskleidžiant, kad šv. Hiacintas pirmiausia reiškėsi kaip vienuolis dominikonas, šv. Dominyko draugas ir mokinys, ištikimas pamokslininkas ir misionierius. Pažymima, kad kanonizacijos iškilmių proga pasirodę leidiniai pirmiausia išaukštino šv. Hiacinto kaip ypatingo stebukladario vaidmenį tikinčiųjų gyvenime, o šią malonę jam suteikusi besimeldžiant pasirodžiusi Dievo Motina. Pabrėžiama, kad vėliau Šv. Hiacintas tapo garsiausiu Šiaurės kraštų misionieriumi ir stebukladariu. Atskleidžiama, kad hagiografijoje šv. Hiacintas pasirodo kaip ypatingas Jėzaus draugas ir Švč. Mergelės Marijos garbintojas. Šis įvykis iškeliamas ir kaip dominikoniškojo pamaldumo vienuolijos globėjai Švč. Mergelei Marijai tradicijos tąsa. Konstatuojama, kad tradiciškai šv. Hiacintas vaizduojamas su monstrancija vienoje rankoje ir su Marijos skulptūra – kitoje. 17 a. pradžioje atsiranda taip pat lelija ir knyga, o monstrancija su Švenčiausiuoju ir Marijos atvaizdas šventojo rankose nuolatiniais jo atributais tampa jau 17 a. pradžioje. Pastebima, ,kad Lietuvoje šv. Jackų galima atpažinti iš rankose laikomų monstrancijos ir Marijos atvaizdo. Pabrėžiama, kad visos dominikonų vienuolijos turėjo šv. Hiacintui dedikuotų kūrinių, o aiškiausiai matomas paminklas sostinėje – kadaise Šv. Apaštalų Pilypo ir Jokūbo parapijai priklausiusi Šv. ENThe article deals with the images of St Hyacinth in the hagiography of the end of the 16th century-the beginning of the 17th century. The biography of St Hyacinth as well as his canonization are presented, revealing that St Hyacinth primarily saw himself as Dominican monk, a friend and a student of St Dominic's, a faithful preacher and missionary. It is noted that the publications that appeared on the occasion of canonization celebrations firstly emphasized the role of St Hyacinth as a special miracle-maker in the life of the believers, and this grace was given to him by the Mother of God who appeared while praying. It is emphasized that later St Hyacinth has become the most famous missionary and miracle-maker of the Nordic countries. It is revealed that in the hagiography, St Hyacinth appears as a special friend of Jesus' and a worshipper of the Virgin Mary's. This event is also seen as the continuation of the tradition of the Dominican piety to the patron Saint of the monks, Virgin Mary. It is stated that traditionally St Hyacinth is depicted with a monstrance in one hand and with the sculpture of Mary in the other. At the beginning of the 17th century, a lily and a book also appear, and monstrance with the Holy Image and the image of Mary already become a permanent attribute in the hands of the Saint at the beginning of the 17th century. It is noticed that in Lithuania St Jackus can be identified from monstrance and the image of Mary that he holds in his hands. Finally, it is emphasized that all Dominican monasteries had works of art dedicated to St Hyacinth, and the monument in the capital, the chapel of St Jackus (at the intersection of Konarkis and Jovaras streets) that used to be a part of St Apostles Philip and Jacob Church, is one of the most notable ones.
