ENMost significant influence on disabled people's creativity in theatrical activities is brought by their teachers'-art directors constructive, expressive and communicative skills. An investigation of educators' activities enabled us to disclose the following – AT directors-teachers give the most value to edducators'constructive skills, especially the ability to organize the teaching process purposefully, and to awaken disabled person's attempts to master the most important things. Theoretical analysis of the AT problem and the results of the study suggest the conclusion that thedevelopment of the educator disign project (EDP) competence is affected by cooperation between poor families and educators, collaboration, educator motivation and job satisfaction, favorable conditions for educator competence development, organisational skills of educators, educator development, and democratic relations between poor families and educators. The study revealed that disabled people, students, and children feel psychologically unsafe in poverry-facing families, they do not trust their educators and are poorly socialy adapted. Art therapeutic (AT) teachers have pointed out the following phenomena as the most important communicative skills: ability to associate with artists sincerely, to listen to them, and to understand what they experience. The most relevant expressive skills are: the ability to perform music compositions artistically, to speak clearly and vividly.The aim of the present study is to make an overview of the directions of young disabled people's value orientation in the context of Lithuania's integration into the AT and the national consensus for economic and social progress achieved by politicians nation-wide. Accordingly, the changes chould be introduced in the process of theatrical education (TEP), stressing that AT directors not only become highly qualified and competent specialists as well as skilled professionals, but also flexsible, visionary and responsible for Lithuanian youth. One of the main goals if the educational reform in Lithuania is to take care of creativity of every disabled AT person according to his or her personal features and developmental needs. This study represents one of the most important pedagogical factors influencing junior disabled AT people's creativity, pedagogical skills. The study also focuses on AT teatcher training problem arising due to longterm strategic principles of Lithuanian art educational development project (EDP).
