Śladami Paców. Rzecz o kościele w Różance

LTStraipsnyje analizuojami nauji faktai apie Rožankos bažnyčios istoriją. Bažnyčios istorija yra susijusi su LDK didikų ir mecenatų Pacų šeima. Rožankos Šv. Petro ir Pauliaus parapija istoriniuose dokumentuose pirmą kartą paminėta 1522 m. XVII a. viduryje pastatyta nauja mūrinė baroko stiliaus bažnyčia. 1668 m. bažnyčiai suteikti Švč. Mergelės Marijos Ėmimo į dangų, Šv. Petro ir Pauliaus bei Šv. Mikalojaus ir Stanislovo vardai. Paskutinysis Rožankos valdytojas nutarė perstatyti bažnyčią. 1824-1828 m. pastatas buvo rekonstruotas neogotikos stiliumi pagal Henrico Markonio projektą (interjero įrengimas užtruko iki 1830m.). Bažnyčios eksterjere jaučiama vėlyvosios anglų ir italų gotikos įtaka, panaudotos vietinės statybos tradicijos. Fasade įamžintas Pacų šeimos heraldinis ženklas „Gozdava“. Architektas panaudojo naujausias statybos technologijas, pvz. Portlando cementą. H. Markonis nekeitė pastato barokinio plano, naujas neogotikos detales kūrybiškai panaudojo interjere. 1925 m. ENThe author of the present paper analyses the newest discovered facts about the history of the church in Rożanka. This history is related with the noblemen and the Maecenas family of the Pac. The parish of St. Peter and Paul in Rożanka was mentioned for the first time in 1522. In the middle of the 17th century, the new stone building of baroque style was erected there. In 1668, the building was dedicated by the title of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, St. Peter and Paul and by the name of St. Nicolaus and Stanislous. The last successor of the possessions of Rożanka appointed to rebuild the church. In 1824–1828, the fabric was reconstructed to the neogothic building by the project of the architect Henrico Marconi (the fit-out of interior continued until 1830). The fabric of the church was designed under the influence of late English and Italian Gothic, as well as the local traditions of construction were used. The Pac’ heraldic badge Gozdawa was placed on the facade. The architect used the newest technologies for building, such as Portland cement. Marconi did not touch the old baroque plan of the fabric, although new neogothic elements were used in the interior’s organic whole. In 1925, Michał Rouba and Kazimierza Adamska-Roubina decorated the interior with the wall paintings. [From the publication]
