Specialistų ir kvalifikuotų darbininkų žemės ūkiui poreikio tyrimas
LTStraipsnyje įvertinami darbo išteklių paklausos informacijos šaltiniai, apibrėžiami žemės ūkio darbo išteklių paklausos parametrai ir uždaviniai bei pagrindžiamas žemės ūkio specialistų ir kvalifikuotų darbuotojų rengimo poreikis. Šių klausimų sprendimai reikalingi pagrindžiant žemės ūkio aukštųjų, aukštesniųjų ir profesinių mokyklų studentų ir moksleivių kontingento kiekybines ir kokybines charakteristikas, užtikrinant šalies žemės ūkio darbo išteklių konkurencingumą ekonomikos globalizavimo kontekste. Atlikus sociologinius tyrimus nustatyta, kad vykstant šalies ekonomikos plėtrai daugelis žemės ūkio subjektų didina savo veiklos apimtis, kuria naujas darbo vietas, todėl didėja žemės ūkio specialistų ir kvalifikuotų darbininkų poreikis. ENThe aim of this work - to determine the demand for specialists’ professionals and qualified workers for agriculture. Trying to pursue this object the state of rural human resources has been investigated, the facilities of their integration into rural economic activity have been evaluated as well as of Prognostication method and the method of determination of the demand of professionals have been improving. Results of sociological investigations determined that during the development of the economics of the country many agricultural subjects increased their activity, created new working places, therefore, the demand for agricultural specialists and qualified workers increased as well. Results of the work will be used in grounding quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the contingent of the students and pupils from higher agricultural schools and agricultural colleges, in vouching the competitive ability of the country agricultural labour resources in the context of globalisation of economics.
