LTVisose šalies bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose nuo 2004/2005 mokslo metų pradėta taikyti mokyklos teikiamų paslaugų kokybės įsivertinimo metodika - vidaus auditas. Vidaus auditas - tai nuolatinis kruopštus veiklos reflektavimo procesas, įtraukiantis visus mokyklos darbuotojus. Jo paskirtis - išnagrinėti mokyklos darbo aspektus, išskirti privalumus ir trūkumus bei parengti planus, kaip patobulinti mokyklos veiklą. Straipsnyje pristatomas empirinis tyrimas, kuriuo siekta nustatyti, kaip mokytojai vertina pirmųjų visuotinio audito vykdymo metų patirtį, įsivertinant ir tobulinant mokyklos veiklą. Tyrimas atliktas taikant nestandartizuotos apklausos raštu metodą, jame dalyvavo 485 mokytojai, dirbantys visų tipų bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidžia mokytojų nuomonių, vertinant vidaus audito organizavimą, struktūrą ir leidžia identifikuoti kokybės vertinimo proceso organizavimo sėkmes ir nesklandumus. ENDuring the school years of 2004/2005 the new method of teaching quality evaluation - an internal audit was introduced into usage in the whole country. Internal audit is a process of a constant estimation of the activity, which involves all the workers of the school. Its aim is to analyse the work aspects of the school, to find out the strengths and weaknesses and prepare plans about the improvements of the school functioning. The usage of quality management elements is a comparatively new activity for the school communities that provide the education services. That is why it is important to observe and analyse the process of it and make sure that the process is not becoming a nominal, requiring a lot of time, but not bringing any value. In the article the empiric study is presented. The aim of it was to find out the way the members of the school community are evaluating the first year of the school activity improvement. In this research took part 485 teachers who are working in all the types of basic education schools and the method of the non-standard questionnaire was used. The results of the research show the teachers' opinion about the internal audit, its structure and allow to identify the first advantages and disadvantages of the quality evaluation process.
