ENProject is meant for computer programming specialists. We have noticed that the lack of qualified programming specialists is of growing importance in the seaside region as well as in the whole Lithuania. This confirms the statistic data and prognosis of Labour Exchange of Lithuania. By observing the worldwide tendencies of computerization we have come to a conclusion that, similar to the whole Europe, Lithuania feels the urgent need of a good training of computer programming specialists. The processes of the restructuring of the economy, taking place in Lithuania, as well as in the context of the integration of Lithuania into the European Union, great attention is paid to a high level specialists' training, which has to satisfy the level of trained specialists in other foreign countries. Therefore we think that the project is urgent and useful. The goal of the project – to extend the practical work and communication skills of future IT specialists by improving their competence within the experience of European countries.The tasks of the project: to give students the opportunity to have placements in the foreign country, so extend their practical and communication skills; to give students the opportunity to extend their knowledge of the language, culture, traditions of the European country; in the practical work to learn the requirements of IT specialists in the European country; to stimulate cooperation with partners by keeping in touch and organizing the dissemination of the project and the international students' conference. The objective group - future IT specialists, the students of computer programming study programme.
