LTLietuvoje daug dėmesio skiriama studento adaptacijai (prisitaikymui) kolegijose gerinti. Siekiant ištirti adaptavimosi problemas, kolegijose buvo atliktas tyrimas, kuriuo metu buvo apklausti studijų proceso dalyviai. Tyrimas leido patikrinti parengtą apklausos metodiką, nustatyti probleminius adaptavimosi momentus, reikalaujančius tyrimo ir gilesnės analizės, ir padėti pagrindą tolesnei diskusijai apie adaptavimosi problemas kolegijose plėtoti. Studentų požiūriu tyrimo rezultatai leido išryškinti kolegijų adaptavimosi analizės kryptis ir apklausos metodikos tobulinimo galimybes.
