Summary / Abstract:

LTVis nesikeičianti padėtis Lietuvoje kelia nerimą – daugelis pedagogų, dirbančių profesinio ugdymo sistemoje, neturi sisteminio pedagoginio pasirengimo. Pagal Phare (1999) ir Leonardo da Vinci (2001) programų projektus atlikti tyrimai yra tik konstatuojamojo pobūdžio, – teigiama, kad dauguma pedagogų net nesupranta ugdymo proceso esmės ir ugdymo proceso vadybos funkcijų. Profesinis ugdymas – sudėtingas procesas, nes ugdytinis, dažnai menkesnio intelekto, įgydamas profesiją, kartu įgyja ir bendrąjį išsilavinimą, o ugdytojas – dažnai tik tam tikros srities profesionalas, neišmanantis nei asmenybės tapsmo problemų tam tikros raidos etape, nei informacijos perteikimo dėsningumų, nesupranta ugdymo proceso esmės. Nepakankamas dėmesys profesijos pedagogui, jo sisteminiam pedagoginiam pasirengimui, ugdymo sistemoje sukelia prieštaravimus, kurie neleidžia adekvačiai vykti mokyklų reformai. ENAim of the research is to reveal the proportion of professional pedagogue's qualifications end personal qualities. In the research we have analyzed the qualifications and competences of 107 professional pedagogues. We used R.Cattell's questionnaire of 16 personality factors that allowed the establishment of 16 interdependent and psychologically significant units – factors of personality. The analysis of professional lecturers' qualifications, competences and personalities shows that the professional pedagogue with higher competence and qualification significantly distinguishes due to his/her professional personal features. Trying to reach the success in their activities the professional pedagogues have to improve not only the professional qualifications but the competences as well. Besides, they have to recognize their own personal features, inner abilities and possibilities necessary for their professional occupations The results of the research show the predominant features according to the qualifications of professional pedagogue and the influence management on the educational process.
