Žemės ūkio produkcijos perdirbimo įmonių vadovų ir specialistų kompetencija ir jos ugdymas

LTLietuvai įstojus į Europos Sąjungą, vis labiau vystantis ūkio ir rinkos globalizacijai labai reikšminga tampa vadovų ir specialistų kompetencija Rengiant straipsnį, žemės ūkio produkcijos perdirbimo įmonių vadovų ir specialistų kompetencija buvo tiriama taikant sociologinės apklausos, dokumentų analizės ir ekonominės literatūros studijų metodus. ENIn integration of Lithuania with the European Union, the development of the economy and the globalisation of market have demanded to focus on the competency profile for the specialists and executives. Applying the method of social survey, analysing the documents and scientific literature on economic studies, the specialist and executive competency profile for staff working in agriculture products processing-companies has been investigated and assessed. The article provides sound arguments on the development of the methodical recommendations for the evaluation of these competencies, presents the standards and indicates the direction for the development of specialist and executive competencies.
