Kauno rajono seniūnijų socialinių darbuotojų požiūris į veiklos galimybes, teikiant pagalbą paaugliams iš nepilnų šeimų

LTVaikai iš nepilnų šeimų dažnai sudaro padidėjusios rizikos grupę, kurioje atsiranda daugiau narkomanų, alkoholikų, teisės pažeidėjų, nusikaltėlių Socialinis darbuotojas, dirbdamas su paaugliais iš nepilnų šeimų, galėtų padėti jiems adaptuotis visuomenėje, ugdyti paauglių savigarbą, stiprinti socialinį statusą. Reikšmingiausia socialinio darbuotojo veikla, sprendžiant paauglių iš nepilnų šeimų problemas, yra ugdomoji - pasitikėjimo savimi, savigarbos ugdymo seminarai ir prevencinis darbas su paaugliais - narkomanijos prevencijos programų organizavimas. ENThe number of incomplete families is rapidly increasing in Lithuania. Incomplete families appear when one of the spouses dies or in case of divorce, withdraws from a family. Another type of incomplete family is a single mother. Children from incomplete families often fall into a high - risk group and become drug addicts, alcoholics moreover, law breakers and criminals. It is evident that it is one of the most painful problems. Considering that with an increasing number of such families the number of children who experience poverty also increases, the solution to this problem must be made the principal aim. A social worker working with adolescents from incomplete families could help teenagers W adapt to society, enhance their self-esteem and reinforce their social status. The research data analysis shows the respondents' point of view. Teenagers growing in incomplete families often experience the following difficulties: absence of the father or mother, behavioural problems, poor living conditions. The most meaningful work a social worker does solving adolescents' from incomplete families problems is an educational work: educational seminars on self-confidence and self-esteem, precautionary work with teenagers, - the organization of the drug addiction prevention programs. Both an individual teenager consulting and the work with his/her family take an important place working with adolescents. Cooperating with social workers from other institutions, who defend teenagers' interests and pay the greatest attention to their representation. [From the publication]
