ENThe article treats of teachers of professional competence in primary school. In the article is emphasis professional competencies of the teachers of the primary education and analyse the social competence, expression dimensions of the teachers in the primary education. The research results and scientific literature analysis was used to become acquainted with the concepts (structures) of competencies, professional competencies, social isolation, professional activities, and the role of social competency in the process of teachers' preparation. Empirical research was used to explain how the teachers of the primary classes perceive social competencies, evaluate the importance of such competencies, reveal the peculiarities of the teachers' social competencies and strengthen the pupils’ social competencies.
