LTStraipsnyje pateikiama pagrindinių pilietiškumo modelių istorinė rekonstrukcija, aptariama lietuviškoji pilietinė tradicija bei jos kaita besiformuojančioje suvienytos Europoje. Bendrame švietimo reformos kontekste apibūdinami Lietuvos edukacinės sistemos uždaviniai jaunosios kartos pilietinio ugdymo srityje, formuluojama idėja apie pačios pilietinio ugdymo sampratos atnaujinimo būtinybę, akcentuojamas įvairių pilietinės visuomenės institutų ir švietimo institucijų sąveikos būtinumas ugdant pilietį. ENLithuanian citizenship and civic training conception was born in historical Europe culture and social and political development, which emphasized individual as citizen, society as citizens community and state like institutions various interaction models. In recreated Lithuanian state citizenship training became one of the main young generation training copulas. It was based on development of national patriotic value. Special role of training the civic - own fatherland patriot falls on Lithuanian school. Which putted civic understanding basic understanding to few period between two world wars society generations. One of the Lithuanian education reform priority aims was youths and especially pupil civic training question. In the beginning of the reform there was recreated nationality, national culture values with democracy, civic society aims became basic new civic training elements. New civic sagacity's origin coincided with begun West economic and political integration. The involving of Middle East Europe states to Europe integration process born new civic challenges. With the decision there was trying to combine different Europe regions historical-cultural experience, national and separated nations and states interests. In Lithuanian Euro integration processes context there appeared necessity to renew the understanding of civic training and it forms. Special problem becomes Europe civic and own fatherland patriot training strategy creating problem. Nationality, citizenship and European combining necessity in civic training process is very actual in training programs renewing contexts. It demands general effort from all the education systems parts also mass media, church and family. Extraordinary becomes pedagogue active civic position. [Text from author]
