Būsimo specialisto brandos ypatybės aukštojoje mokykloje

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama būsimojo specialisto profesinė branda, kuri studijų procese skatinta remiantis asmens kultūros ugdymo ir profesinio rengimo vienove. Tirta profesinės brandos ir kūrybingumo tarpusavio priklausomybė. Tyrimu atskleistos studentų kūrybingumui pasireikšti svarbios aplinkybės ir reikšmė būsimojo specialisto profesinei brandai. Būsimojo specialisto profesinės brandos ir kūrybingumo tarpusavio priklausomybė yra profesinio rengimo prielaida, kuri koreguoja studijų modeliavimą aukštojoje mokykloje. Ši problema kyla vertinant demokratinės visuomenės kultūros ypatybes, raidos aplinkybes ir tendencijas. Nagrinėjant tyrimo rezultatus paaiškėjo, kad pa lankiausios aplinkybės koreguoti būsimųjų specialistų profesinę brandą susidaro studijuojant dalykus. Šių aplinkybių kontekste atsiskleidžia specialisto profesinės brandos ir kūrybingumo tarpusavio priklausomybė. Studijų procese būsimųjų specialistų kūrybinis potencialas pasireiškia esamu ir siekiamu kūrybingumu Jį vertinti aktualu sekant būsimojo specialisto profesinės brandos pokyčius ir galimybes modeliuoti dalykų studijas. Demokratinės visuomenės aukštojoje mokykloje būsimojo specialisto profesinę brandą koreguoja jo kūrybingumas, o kūrybingumo ir profesinės brandos tarpusavio priklausomybę koreguoja bei skatina dalyko studijų modeliavimas, remiantis asmens kultūros ugdymo ir profesinio rengimo vienove.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Studentų branda; Būsimieji specialistai; Professional's maturity; Professional training.

ENThe professional maturity of the future specialist, which is encouraged basing on the unity of the education of personal culture and professional training during the study process, is analysed in the article. The interdependences of professional maturity and creativity are examined here. The circumstances important for the manifestation of the students’ creativity and the significance on the professional maturity of the future specialist are disclosed with the help of the research. The interdependences of professional maturity and creativity of the future specialist is the assumption for professional training, which adjusts the study modelling in universities. This problem issue arises in evaluating characteristics of the culture of the democratic society, its development circumstances and tendencies. During the analysis of the results of the research it was disclosed that the most favourable circumstances for the adjustment of professional maturity of the future specialist are formed while studying disciplines. The interdependence of professional maturity and creativity shows itself in the context of these circumstances. The creative potential of the future specialists in the study process is expressed by existing creativity and creativity which is striven for. It is of significance to evaluate it while tracking the changes in professional maturity of the future specialist and possibilities to model discipline studies. In the university of the democratic society the professional maturity of the future specialist is corrected by his or her creativity, and the interdependence of professional maturity and creativity is adjusted and encouraged by modelling the discipline studies, basing on the unity of the education of personal culture and professional training.
