Rizikos grupės jaunesniųjų paauglių ir socialinio pedagogo požiūris į vaiko teisių pažeidimus vidurinėje mokykloje

LTVaiko teisių apsaugos problema yra aktuali vaikams, pedagogams, psichologams, teisininkams ir visai visuomenei. Masinės informacijos priemonės pateikia daug informacijos apie vaikus, kurie patiria fizinį ir psichinį smurtą. Straipsnio tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti rizikos grupės jaunesniųjų paauglių bei socialinių pedagogų požiūrį į vaiko teisių pažeidimus vidurinėje mokykloje. Atlikus teorinę analizę paaiškėjo, kad Lietuvos valstybė yra sukūrusi plačią įstatyminę bazę saugančią vaikų teises, tačiau šią sistemą dar reikia tobulinti, nes vaiko teisių pažeidimų pasitaiko dar nemažai. Atlikus apklausą paaiškėjo, kad rizikos grupės jaunesnieji paaugliai savo teises supranta paviršutiniškai, dažniausiai jas sieja tik su draudimu mušti, skriausti vaikus. Kadangi respondentai tinkamai nesuvokia savo teisių, tai jie nepastebi kitų teisių pažeidimų, t.y. diskriminacijos, garbės ir orumo pažeidimų. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą paaiškėjo, kad dažniausiai mokykloje pasitaikantis vaiko teisių pažeidimas yra vaikų tarpusavio fizinis ir psichologinis smurtas. Atliktas tyrimas leido padaryti tokią pačią išvadą. Šalia smurto, paminėtini ir kiti vaiko teisių pažeidimai – tai diskriminacija, garbės ir orumo pažeidimai, tikro saugumo trūkumas. Socialinių pedagogų požiūriu, dažniausias vaiko teisių pažeidimas yra smurtas tarp vaikų. ENThe aim of the recent research is to define the attitude of children rights violation expressed by the risk group of junior teenagers and the social pedagogue in the secondary school. The objectives of the current paper arc the following: to discuss legal framework of the rights of children protection and the relevant cases of their violation at school; to analyse the attitude of the risk group of junior teenagers as well as the social pedagogues about the violation of children rights in the secondary school. Scholarly literature on legal framework of children rights is analysed in the theoretical part of the research. Furthermore, the notion of children risk group, the activity of the social pedagogue in the educational institution and the most common types of violation of children rights at school are discussed in the current analysis. Half-structured interview method has been applied in the recent research. The interview has been done on December, 2010. Respondents of the interview are five junior teenagers of a risk group and two social pedagogues. The research has revealed that junior teenagers of the risk group do not know their rights. Social pedagogues have stated that there are cases when violation of children rights occurs in secondary school. It has been arrived at a conclusion that although the state of Lithuania has a wide legislative framework of children protection, this system has to be improved. The recent research revealed that junior teenagers of the risk group not fully comprehend their rights. According to the respondents, violence against children is the most frequent type of violation of children rights. However, according to the social pedagogues, violence among children is considered the most common kind of violation of children rights. Social pedagogues claim that there also exists discrimination based on the economic status of parents and emotional constraint of pedagogues on children. [From the publication]
