ENTraining of speech interaction skills at the senior preschool age is to be constructed with regard to the basis formed in ontogenesis, however, seeking qualitative changes of these skills activity that fixes only current skills is not sufficient in the process of training. As in the process of speech interaction actions applied are reflected to a small extent, it is handy to organize a regulated activity originating reflexion of these actions. Speech interaction skills are to be trained in stages. The first is activation stage when the main purpose is to involve a child in the context of regulated activity. The second stage is maintenance and development stage when the range of reflective activity is expanded by presenting every time various speech interaction models. The third consolidation stage is not complete at the preschool age. It is to be associated with different training process activities, children involved therein transfer acquired experience in reflective speech interaction actions. The training stages correspond to skill development stages, which are as follows: comprehension, reflective operating with speech interaction actions, and free operating with speech interaction actions. Speech interaction skills stage training organized in the pedagogical process proves effective. Maturity of the senior preschool age children is sufficient to apply training based on reflexion.
