Šiuolaikinių studentų mokymąsi aktyvinančių strategijų taikymo aspektai

LTUžsienio šalyse atliktų edukacinių tyrimų analizė išryškino, kad šiuolaikinių studentų mokymuisi būtina taikyti efektyvias andragogines strategijas, atitinkančias jų mokymosi stilius. Straipsnyje analizuojami universiteto studentų ir dėstytojų požiūriai į suaugusiųjų mokymosi aktyvinimą, didaktinių metodų efektyvumą, koncentruojantis į strategijas, akcentuojančias grupinį ir individualų mokymąsi. Tyrimo rezultatai, gauti įvertinus didaktinius metodus (nuo paskaitos iki žaidimų taikymo mokymosi procese) efektyvumo aspektu, parodė, kad studentai vertina grupinio mokymosi metodus, pavyzdžiui, diskusijas ir patirties pasidalijimą tarp dėstytojų ir studentų, kaip labiau efektyvius nei dėstytojai. Pastarieji efektyvesnėmis įžvelgia strategijas, akcentuojančias individualų mokymąsi, pavyzdžiui, įvairūs studentų rašto darbai ir testai. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatų analize, siūloma dėstytojams kurti mokymosi jungtis tarp studentų, taikyti andragogines strategijas, atitinkančias jų mokymosi stilius, reikmes, adaptuoti turinį studentų patyrimui ir kt. ENToday it is necessary not only to understand students’ attitudes, influence to the learning needs and help to realize the learning objectives, but also apply effective didactic practices, methods, and andragogy strategies that meet their individual learning styles. An important factor for active and productive adult learning is the ability of andragogy educator to apply andragogy activity strategies and effective didactic methods adaping them for students by focusing on their views, experiences, learning needs and aspirations. Another important conclusion, supposed by foreign and Lithuanian researchers, is that it is is necessary to apply acceptable and meaningful strategies for adult learners and didactic methods stimulating the influence on the need of belonging to the group in learning process and enabling to be active and productive through the whole learning period. Accordingly, the application of special adult group learning strategies reveales the realisation of the adult desire to belong to the group and the creation of positive interaction in the learning process. The study confirmed that University students tend to value not individual, but group learning methods. The results of the analysis showed that the University educators ‚and students‘ views coincide more on the interest of didactic methods and techniques than on the efficiency of their application in the adult learning.The analysis of empirical data has highlighted that the students think of those didactic methods as effective by which it is interesting for them to learn. Students’ and educators’ views on the didactic methods and techniques application effectiveness differed: students consider group discussions, teachers’ and students’ experience echange and reflecing, collective projects as a more efficient, and the educators – individual students’ written work and tests. Accordingly, with reference to the analysis aggregated results, the students value group-learning methods, involving interest of active and productive learning as more effective than the frontal and individual learning techniques, isolating from other techniques in learning.
