ENEvery action of an administrator / manager has ethical and aesthetic value. Ethics and aesthetics form indivisible system, making favorable conditions for all-round personality education. An attempt to analyze role of aesthetic in the management is made in the article. This problem is thinly investigated in our country till now. Striving to fill the gap we use the concept of culture as a complex of human creative work and activity. Personal aesthetic culture is important part of the system. Aesthetic culture is changing due to intrinsic and external influences, the analyses of which is presented in the article. Future administrators' and managers' aesthetic education and self - education is analyzed, characteristic features of those processes taking place in management specialists' training in the faculty of social sciences in Klaipeda university are presented in the article.
