ENAfter Lithuania joins the European Union Lithuanian citizens will be able to move within the EU and get a job in any country - EU member. The better work conditions as well as higher earning stays the main incentives that stimulate people to move. The implementation of free movement of labour in Lithuania requires undertaking legal and administrative instruments in labour relations. The Community legal acts will start to run immediately Lithuania joins the EU. Some of them will have supremacy over national law and be applied directly. It means the restrictions of employing EU citizens in Lithuania won't be valid anymore. Lithuanian labour exchange will play the important role in the enlarged EU. The activity area will challenge: the job Centre will intermediate in employing Lithuanian citizens as well as citizens of European Union. The freedom of movement as well as others freedoms has restrictions. Lithuanian state institutions will have rights to implement restrictions related to public, society security and health. Of course, the measures that are going to be undertaken will be based of the behavior of the individual person who can endanger the society. It leads to the conclusion which eliminates of undertaking the restrictions on economic purposes. The restrictions that are allowed to use in public sector are related to the jobs in state offices and have connections with the national interests.The promotion of workers movement is connected directly with their social security. One of the main conditions of choosing the job in foreign country stands the requirement of social security. Lithuania after it joins the EU will develop social system on its own considering to the development of economy and needs of inhabitants. Nobody can influence or eliminate fixed retirement age, experience stage, proportions of payment, etc. in the national law. The export of such payments will not cause serious financial problems as the values of payments will not change. It will remain the same as it is applied in Lithuania. [Text from author]
