LTStraipsnyje analizuojama sveikatos priežiūros kokybės valdymo pokyčiai Europos Sąjungos plėtros procese. Pateikiamas sveikatos priežiūros organizacijos kokybės sistemos modelis ir rezultatai. ENHealth care systems of different countries with similar essential problems are consolidating during European Union (EU) expansion process. The main priority of health care policy are to adapt the EU strategies for making decisions and the local problems solution, for reaching higher health care quality with the minimal costs. Health care aspects such as extent and structure of health care expenses (1), integration needs and interests of the patients and health care providers (2), management of health care system and information supply (3), dialogue of primary and secondary health care (4), spectrum and quality of health care service (5), evidence based health care service (6) are improving during EU expansion process (including Lithuania). EU health care policy points up health support and health care systems support fields. Health care systems support field are closely related to health care quality and includes four levels: EU (international) (1), systemic - conceptual (national) (2), organizing - structural (territorial) (3), process - qualitative (organization's) (4). Health care quality management in organization's level mostly determines quality of health care service. Analysis of organization's quality management systems (for example Klaipeda Hospital) determined, that the aim of health care quality management is to create optimal working quality system for providing excellent health care service.The main element of this system is methodology of health care quality evaluation including evaluation criteria, methods and aspects. Conclusions: Lithuanian health care system is prepared for integration into EU health care system (1), quality of health care service is improving when Lithuania becomes a member of EU (2), integration needs and interests of patients and health care providers will increase (3).
