Mokyklos bendruomenė : pedagogai - tėvai - mokiniai

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjami mokyklos bendruomenės ypatumai. Išryškinta, kad sprendžiant įvairias mokyklos programas svarbu turėti darnią mokyklos bendruomenės komandą, demokratiškai priimančią sprendimus ir atsakomybę. Idėjos iškyla bendradarbiaujant mokiniams, mokytojams, administracijai, tėvams. Mokyklos darbo tikslas – mokyklos bendruomenės kryptingas darbas, įgyvendinant pagrindines švietimo reformas, nuostatas. Iš čia ir kyla uždaviniai: pedagogų profesinės kultūros plėtotė, ugdytinių individualių galių plėtotė, socialinės kultūrinės aplinkos įtaka mokyklos bendruomenės narių ugdymui(si). Mokyklos bendruomenės dėmesio objektas – mokinys. Kad mokiniui mokykloje būtų gera, kad mokykla būtų efektyvi kiekvienam darbuotojui, kiekvienam bendruomenės nariui turi būti pateikti aiškūs reikalavimai, kiekvienas turi žinoti savo pareigas, jausti atsakomybę. Labai svarbu, kad visos socialinės grupės dirbtų vieningai. Tik taip gali būti sukurta gera mokyklos bendruomenė, turinti aiškią viziją: XXI a. mokyklos bendruomenės svarbiausiu objektu taps ugdymas, o ne pats mokomasis dalykas. Todėl mokytojui bus būtina pilietinė kultūra, profesinė kompetencija (pamokoje svarbu ne tik žinios, bet ir bendravimas). Išsilavinimas – vertybė visiems. Tai tautos išlikimo garantas. XXI a. mokyklos bendruomenės uždavinys – ugdyti sutariantį žmogų. Mokinys, žinodamas, kad pamokoje ne tik mokoma, bet ir bendraujama, nebijos eiti į mokyklą. ENThis article analyses characteristics of school community and reveals that when solving various school-related issues it is important to have sustainable school community, which would be able to democratically make decisions and take the responsibility. Ideas are generated during the cooperation with pupils, teachers, administration, and parents. The aim of school activity is to ensure focused work of school’s community, while implementing fundamental reforms and regulations of education. This raises questions associated with the development of professional culture of educators, development of individual skills of learners, and impact of social cultural environment on the education of school community members. The object of school community focus is a pupil. In order for the pupil to feel comfortable in the school and for the school to be effective on every employee, each member of the community must be provided with clear requirements, and every member needs to know his/her duties also feeling the responsibility. It is very important for all social groups to work together. Only this can help to form good school community, which has clear vision: in the XXI century the most important object of school community will be education and not the subject itself. Therefore, a teacher must show civil culture and professional competence (it is important for the lesson to include both the knowledge and communication). Education is a value intended for everybody. It guarantees the survival of a nation. The task of school community of the XXI century is to develop a person who is able to get along with others. A pupil knowing that during the lesson he/she is able to learn and communicate will not be scared to go to school. School community of the XXI century is the community open to the society.
