Čiurlionių sąjunga - lygiavertės kūrybinės partnerystės siekinys: operos "Jūratė" projektas čekų ir lenkų kultūros realijų kontekste

LTMikalojaus Konstantino Čiurlionio ir Sofijos Kymantaitės kūrybinis tandemas yra vienas ryškiausių X X amžiaus pradžios lietuvių kultūroje. Iš bendros jųdviejų kūrybos straipsnyje daugiausia dėmesio skiriama tautinės operos „Jūratė" projektui. Kadangi muzikinio teksto fragmentai nei libretas neišliko, hipotetiškai rekonstravus siužeto intrigos mazgus, straipsnyje pateikiama platesnė Vidurio Europos (čekų) nacionalinės operos moteriškųjų personažų apžvalga. Šiame kontekste ryškėja Čiurlioniu poros siekis pradėti lietuviškos operos istoriją kūriniu, atitinkančiu modernizuotos Rytų Europos operos standartus. Straipsnio struktūra tridalė: pirmame ir antrame skyriuose aptariami lygiavertės Čiurlioniu partnerystės argumentai, moters vaizdiniai XIX amžiaus pabaigos - XX amžiaus pradžios literatūroje bei mene - nuo Madonos iki Chimeros - ir Jūratės personažo vieta šioje skalėje. Paskutinė straipsnio dalis skirta atskleisti Vidurio ir Rytų Europos meno atstovų pasaulėjautos sąsajas, lyginant gyvenimo ir meno sintezės šalininko Františeko Ksavero Saldos ir rašytojos Ruženos Svobodovos susirašinėjimą su Čiurlionio laiškų Čiurlionienei-Kymantaitei motyvais. Pastangos gyvenimą pakylėti iki grožio idealo (gyvenimo ir meno sintezės programa) siejasi su Nietzsches iškeltąja „tragedijos gimimo iš muzikos dvasios" įžvalga. ENThe creative tandem of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis and Sofija Kymantaitė is one of most outstanding in the early 20th c. Lithuanian culture. The paper mainly focuses on their joint project of the national opera “Jūratė”. Since neither the fragments of the musical text nor the libretto survived, having hypothetically reconstructed the intrigue nodes of the plot, the paper presents a wider overview of feminine characters of Western European (Czech) national opera. This context reveals the aspiration of the Čiurlionis couple to start the history of Lithuanian opera with a work meeting the standards of modernised Eastern European opera. The paper consists of three parts: the first and second chapters discuss the arguments of the equivalent partnership of the Čiurlionis couple, the images of a woman in literature and art of the end of the 19th c. – the beginning of the 20th c. – from Madonna to Chimera – and the place of the character of Jūratė in this scale. The final part of the paper reveals the connections of the worldview of Central and Eastern European art representatives, comparing the correspondence between František Xaver Šalda, advocate of the life and art synthesis, and writer Růžena Svobodová and the motifs of Čiurlionis’ letters to Kymantaitė-Čiurlionienė. The efforts to lift life to the ideal of beauty (life and art synthesis programme) are related to Nietzsche’s insights of “the birth of tragedy and the spirit of music”.
