Šiaulių universiteto Socialinių moklų fakulteto bendruomeniškumas: samprata ir apraiškos.

LTŠiuolaikinių bendruomenių savikūrai įtaką daro grupės požiūris į bendrumą, realaus socialinio bendrumo būvis, bendravimo lygis, todėl bendruomeniškumas - vienas svarbiausių aspektų, leidžiančių organizacijai įsitvirtinti ir turėti stiprų sociuminį pagrindą. Šiaulių universiteto Socialinių mokslų fakultetas (SMF) yra palyginti jaunas, siekiantis įsitvirtinti Šiaurės Lietuvos regione kaip lyderiaujanti regiono aukštoji mokykla, o tam svarbu ir stipri, glaudžiai bendradarbiaujanti fakulteto bendruomenė. Straipsnyje išsamiai analizuojama bendruomenės samprata, jos ypatumai akademinėje erdvėje. Atliktas tyrimas, kuriuo siekta išsiaiškinti Šiaulių universiteto Socialinių mokslų fakulteto bendruomeniškumo sampratą ir apraiškas. Tyrime dalyvavo 95 Šiaulių universiteto Socialinių mokslų fakulteto bendruomenės nariai (25 dėstytojai, 53 studentai ir 17 administracijos darbuotojų). Tyrimo rezultatų analizė atskleidė, kad Šiaulių universiteto Socialinių mokslų fakulteto veiklos specifika yra svarbiausias bendruomenę vienijantis veiksnys. Studentai bakalaurai ir darbuotojai mano, kad SMF bendruomenė yra brandi ir sutelkta, tuo tarpu dėstytojai ir studentai magistrantai teigia, kad fakultete yra tik bendruomenės užuomazgos. Aktyviausi bendruomenės nariai yra dėstytojai; studentai yra pasyvesni, bendruomenės gyvenime jie dažniau atlieka stebėtojų vaidmenį. Fakulteto ritualų, švenčių ir tradicijų sklaida nėra plati. ENThe emergence of modern communities is influenced by the group’s view of sociality, the existence of a real social affinity, the level of communication therefore fellow-feeling is among the most important aspects, allowing an organization to entrench and have a strong social basis. The Faculty of Social Sciences of Šiauliai University is relatively young, it strives for entrenching in the Northern Lithuania as a leading higher educational institution in the region, which requires a strong and closely cooperating community within the faculty. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of the community and its peculiarities in the academic environment. A study is performed with the aim to identify the concept and manifestations of fellow-feeling at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Šiauliai University. 95 members of the community of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Šiauliai University participated in the survey (25 teachers, 53 students and 17 administrative staff employees). The analysis of the results of the survey revealed that the specifics of the activities of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Šiauliai University are the most important factor, uniting the community. The bachelor students and employees are of the opinion that the community of the Faculty of Social Sciences is mature and focused, however the teachers and master students state that they see only certain rudiments of a community in the faculty. The most active members of the community are the teachers; students are more passive, they are inclined to perform the role of observers in the life of the community. The spread of the faculty’s rituals, festivities and traditions is not wide. The article provides recommendations regarding the strengthening of fellow-feeling at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Šiauliai University.
