Daiktavardžio "susirgimas" terminizavimas ir (ne)tinkama vartosena

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamas lietuvių kalbos daiktavardžio susirgimas vartojimo reikšmėmis „liga“, „sirgimo procesas“, „sirgimo proceso pradžia“, „ligos atvejis“ ir kt. taisyklingumo klausimas. Remiantis iš įvairių šaltinių surinkta skirtingų funkcinių stilių medžiaga, parodoma, kokia yra realioji dabartinė daiktavardžio „susirgimas" vartosena: nustatoma, kokiomis reikšmėmis jis dažniausiai vartojamas, kaip šios réikšmės (ne)vertinamos norminamuosiuose leidiniuose, kokios matyti terminizavimo apraiškos ir kaip reikėtų jas vertinti. Aptariamas daiktavardžio „susirgimas" apibrėžties nebuvimo žodynuose ir kitoje specialiojoje literatūroje klausimas, nustatoma semantinė šio žodžio struktūra, tiksliai apibrėžiamos reikšmės, kuriomis oficialiojoje bendrinėje kalboje daiktavardis „susirgimas" nevartotinas. ENIn this article the problem of the Lithuanian noun susirgimas, which is used in the meaning of “a disease”, “a process of ailing”, “a beginning of ailment”, “a case (number of cases) of disease”, is analyzed. According to the factual examples collected from various sources of different functional styles, the real modern use of the Lithuanian noun "susirgimas" is presented. The most frequent use of the meaning is detected, the meanings that are evaluated or not evaluated in normative publications are stated, tendencies of standardization of this noun as a term are noticed and various possibilities of evaluating them are described. This article analyses the lack of determinate meanings of the noun susirgimas in the dictionaries and other specific literature, determines the semantic structure of this word, and precisely describes all of the meanings, which, in the official common Lithuanian language, the noun "susirgimas" cannot be used.
