LTAsmenybės socializacijoje akcentuojamas individualumas. Asmenybės tapsmo esmė - intencinės charakteristikos. Savęs vertinimas - permanentinis procesas, orientuotas į idealą. Savęs vertinimui turi jtakos ir aplinkinių nuomonė. Tarpasmeninį elgesį sąlygoja poreikis bendrauti, kurį lemia sąmoninga savikontrolė ar kiekvieno pasąmoninė simbolių identifikacija. Saviraiška ar savirealizacija vyksta tada, kai pats save įvertini individualiais kriterijais ir emociškai pastiprini, todėl kompetencija yra kiekvieno žmogaus vidinio proceso raiška. ENIndividuality is stressed in socialization of personality. The essence of personality formation is intentional characteristics. Self-esteem is a permanent process oriented towards the ideal. The surrounding people influence self-esteem as well. Interpersonal behavior is determined by the need to socialize, which is predetermined by conscious self-control or by subconscious identification of symbols of each person. Self-expression or self-realization takes place after self-evaluation using individual criteria and after emotional reward; therefore competence is an expression of each person's internal process. Individual -typological personality profile analysis of the future professional teachers is very important during the training: personality typology is determined by the profiles of different scales; personality congruency is shown by the relation between the profiles "Real Me" and "Ideal Me". All research generalization tendencies in orientation ("Ideal Me") lead to acquiring features, important for the professional teachers; personality purposefulness is demonstrated by comparison of pole profiles, where data only strengthens the results of separate octants, were "Ideal Me" is oriented towards a strong need for adaptation; the relation between a personality and socium is demonstrated by the main social orientations. Quality data analysis is carried out comparing individual discograms, because it stresses individuality. The usage of indexes determines the precision of the personal reflection and intentional characteristics.Diagnostic methods of eight pole sectants, where each of them reveals the style of person's individual interpersonal relations with surroundings in a small group as well as self esteem as a result of surrounding people or interpersonal behavior, arising out of the need to socialize, when this need is predetermined by conscious self control and subconscious identification of symbols. The generalized discogram only illustrates the tendency. In order to make conclusions regarding self-esteem of future professional teachers in socialization, the descriptive analysis of each respondent's separate case (discogram) should be presented, where the results are very personal, demonstrating phenomenal influence of internal process to the expression (competence).
