Lietuvos jūrininkų profesinės saviugdos poreikiai

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama Lietuvos jūrininkų profesines saviugdos poreikių problema, kuriai iki šiol mokslinėje literatūroje nebuvo skirta pakankamai domesio. Apžvelgiama XX a. puses Lietuvos jūrininkų rengimo raida, akcentuojamos tuo metu kilusios jūrininkų rengimo problemos. Išryškinami pokyčiai, įvykę mūsų valstybes jūrininkų rengime per pastaruosius du dešimtmečius ir iškeliamos saviugdos problemos, kurias tenka ir teks spręsti Lietuvos jūrininkų rengėjams, darbdaviams, profesinėms sąjungoms. Straipsnyje pateikiami empirinio tyrimo, kuriuo siekiama išsiaiškinti jūrininkų profesinės saviugdos poreikius duomenys. ENIn this article the problem of the professional needs of Lithuanian seamen self-education is analysed and it has had too little attention in the academic literature so far. The development of the training of Lithuanian seamen's in the XX century is looked over; the problems of the seamen's training that raised at that time are emphasized. The changes that happened in this country when training the seamen during the two last decades are exposed and the self-education problems are raised that are solved and will be solved in the future by the seamen's educators, employers, trade unions. In this article the empiric research data, that could help to clear up the seamen's professional self-education problems. Depending on in what ways the problems of the seamen's professional self-education will be solved, such will be Lithuania's as a sea state image and future in the European Union and in the world.
