Integruotų vaikų sveikata

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamos integruotų vaikų sveikatos ir jos priežiūros problemos. Ieškoma atsakymo į klausimus, susijusius su šių vaikų asmens sveikatos priežiūros organizavimo efektyvumu, prieinamumu, kokybe. Tyrimo duomenų analizė rodo, kad asmens sveikatos priežiūra iš esmės tenkina integruotų į bendrojo lavinimo sistemą neįgalių vaikų poreikius. Visuomenės ir asmens sveikatos priežiūros aspektu specialiųjų poreikių vaikai susiduria su panašiomis, o kai kur ir sudėtingesnėmis problemomis nei jų bendraamžiai, neturintys specialiųjų poreikių. Daroma prielaida, kad integruotų asmenų abilitacija ir reabilitacija dėl asmens ir visuomenės sveikatos priežiūros nepakankamumo yra sudėtingesnė ir mažiau palanki asmenybės raidai. [Iš leidinio]

ENThe article discusses the problems of personal health care of integrated children. The law of public health care seeks assurance of proper health care for all children the organization of it being the responsibility of the state and municipal educational and public health care institutions. The investigation material concerns individual health care of 335 children integrated into the mainstream educational system of the town and district of Šiauliai. The main goals was to find the answer to the questions associated with the effectiveness, Access and quality of organizing individual health care for integrated children. The analysis of research data shows that individual health care essentially satisfies the needs of the disabled children integrated into the mainstream educational system. What concerns the aspect of public health care children with special needs face the same problems as their peers who haven't got special educational needs. Presumably individual health care of integrated children satisfies their minimal needs though education of integrated children because of disadvantages of public health care is more complex and less favorable for individual's development.
