Mokomosios socialinio darbo praktikos bendruomenėje veiksniai: praktikos užduočių vertinimas

LTStraipsniu siekiama identifikuoti veiksnius, įgalinančius arba trukdančius studentams atlikti mokomąją socialinio darbo praktiką bendruomenėje. Pirmoje straipsnio dalyje pristatomos socialinio darbo praktikos bendruomenėje organizavimo ir realizavimo prielaidos Mykolo Romerio universiteto socialinio darbo studijų programoje. Antroje straipsnio dalyje pristatomos praktikos bendruomenėje metu studentų įgyvendintos į veiklą bendruomenėje orientuotos užduotys (bendruomenės analizė, bendruomenės poreikių vertinimas, bendruomenei skirtas renginys) ir jų atlikimui įtakos turėję veiksniai. Trečioje straipsnio dalyje pristatomos užduotys, nukreiptos į mokymosi organizavimą (kompetencijų aplankas, kassavaitinės veiklos planai, kassavaitinės veiklos ataskaitos ir refleksijos). Tyrimui atlikti taikyta kokybinė turinio analizė. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad užduotys, susijusios su konkrečia veikla bendruomenėje, įprasmina veiklą, sudaro galimybę pažintį realų socialinio darbo objektą. Tuo tarpu užduotys, susijusios su veiklos bendruomenėje pristatymu vertinti, padeda studentams orientuotis į rezultatą, ugdo kritinio ir refleksyvaus mąstymo gebėjimus, skatina analizuoti mokymosi procesą. ENPurpose of the research is to identify the factors which enable or impede students to perform tasks in the practice of social community work. 72 competence portfolios of 4th-year continuing studies students at Mykolas Romeris University, who had performed social community work practice, were analysed in the research. The object of the research was the factors that influence the performance of the tasks of the training practice in social community work. In the first part of the paper the subject "Social Work Practice of the MRU social work study program" is presented. In the second part of the paper, the tasks orientated towards activities in the community implemented by the students (community analysis, assessment of community needs, a community-designated event) and the factors that influenced their performance are introduced. The third part of the paper presents tasks directed towards organisation of training (competences portfolio, weekly activity plans, weekly activity reports and reflections). The research method is qualitative analysis of the content. The research has established that the tasks which relate to specific activities in the community (community analysis, assessment of community needs, a community event) gives sense to the activity, provide the possibility to know the factual object of social work.The research has established that the tasks which relate to presentation for assessment of the activity in the community (competences portfolio, weekly activity plans and reports, practice journal) help students to focus on the result, develops skills of critical and reflexive thinking, encourages them to analyse the process of learning.
