Įsidarbinimo gebėjimų ugdymas projektuojant karjerą

LTDaugiau dėmesio bendrosioms kompetencijoms, jų ugdymui Lietuvoje skiriama prasidėjus švietimo sistemos reformai. Mokslinėse diskusijose bendrosios kompetencijos nagrinėjamos remiantis įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių autorių pateikiamomis koncepcijomis. Tobulinant profesinio rengimo sistemą svarbesnis uždavinys nei teorinė koncepcijų analizė yra klausimas, kaip mokymo procese ugdyti bendrąsias kompetencijas ar konkrečius gebėjimus. Siekiant spręsti šią problemą, straipsnyje nagrinėjamos įsidarbinimo gebėjimų ugdymo prielaidos rengiant profesijai. Analizė atliekama apžvelgiant teorines Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių įsidarbinimo gebėjimų koncepcijas, pateikiamas praktinis įsidarbinimo gebėjimų integravimo į mokymo turinį aprašymas. ENThe main tasks for today's modern educational policy are broad the connections between different educational institutions, private organizations and non-governmental organizations, connect the forms of formal and informal learning, for significant purpose - to educate most necessary skills needed for peoples live quality. Today's challenging economic situation means that it is no longer sufficient for a new graduate to have knowledge of an academic subject; increasingly it is necessary for students to gain those skills which will enhance their prospects of employment. Often happens, that the students have to change their careers as many as seven times during their live. Clearly, that the workplace is demanding more from us that it did for some years and of course is asking more evidence that we can get the job done. Employability skills are the possible solution to be flexible and prepared for a lifetime change and development. The object of the research is the presumption of employability skills education in the system of prime vocational education. The purpose of the research: ground the importance of employability skills training for carrier planning. The objectives of research: 1) to analyse the concept of employability skills in the context of Lithuanian and international information explosion; 2) analyse and assess the need for skills classification; 3) Substantiate the necessity of employability skills education for career planning.
