LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos švietimo reformos procese naujai besikuriančios mokyklos valdymo struktūros paieškos, jos pokyčiai bei sąsaja su mokyklos kultūra, t. y. viena iš jos sričių - bendravimu ir bendradarbiavimu. Tyrimu atskleidžiama, kad mokyklos valdymo struktūros kitimas laike sutampa su mokyklos kultūros (konkrečiai - bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo) pokyčiais; kad mokyklos valdymo struktūrai kintant decentralizacijos kryptimi bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo formos mokykloje įvairėja, jų daugėja, mažėja formalumo. ENThe article analyzes the following search for the managemant structures of the school that is being newly created in the process reform, the changes of this structure and its relations with the school culture, i.e. one of its areas - communication and cooperation. The research reveals that the change of school management structure in time corresponds with the changes in school culture (communication and cooperation specifically); that as the school management structure changes towards the direction of decentralization, the forms of communication- cooperation at school increase in number and variety, the amount offormality decreases.
