Edukacinės inovacijos studijose ir studentų pozicija

LTPasak autoriaus, studijų kokybės gerinimo poreikį ugdant studentų savarankiškumą aukštojoje mokykloje sąlygoja nemažai globalinių visuomenės ir paties žmogaus vystymosi veiksnių. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami pasauliniu mastu akcentuojami inovaciniai orientyrai, ugdymo principai, mokymo modeliai, studentų savarankiško darbo tobulinimo kryptys. Straipsnyje atskleidžiami prieštaravimai tarp tradicinio studijų proceso organizavimo stiliaus ir keliamų naujų socialinių poreikių, tarp aukštojoje mokykloje diegiamų didaktinių inovacijų ir studentų požiūrio bei galimybių jas priimti, tarp studentų ekstensyvių ir aktyvių savarankiško mokymosi metodų. Straipsnio tikslas – atskleisti edukacinių inovacijų pasauliniu mastu akcentuojamus orientyrus ir išsiaiškinti studentų požiūrį į studijų proceso tobulinimo galimybes bei rezervus. Konkrečiai siekiama išanalizuoti mokymo kryptis, įgavusias tarptautinį pripažinimą, išskirti prioritetinius studijų proceso organizavimo modelius bei išnagrinėti studentų savarankiškumą bei saviugdos lygį, jų požiūrį į tradicines ir progresyvias studijų formas bei modelius. Straipsnyje naudojami metodai – pokalbis, anketos, statistinių duomenų apdorojimas, gautų duomenų interpretacijos, mokslinės literatūros analizė. Tyrimas parodė, jog kelta hipotezė, kad studijų procese kol kas dominuoja ekstensyvūs, o ne aktyvūs mokymo ir mokymosi metodai, pasitvirtino. ENAccording to the author, the need to improve the quality of studies by teaching students independence is determined by a quantity of global social and personal development factors. The article analyses globally emphasized innovative marks, education principles, teaching models and development directions of students' independent work. The article reveals contradictions between the traditional style of studying process organisation and new social needs, between didactic innovations implemented in higher education schools and the attitude and ability of students to accept it, and between extensive and active independent learning methods of students. The aim of this article is to reveal the globally emphasized educational innovative marks and students' attitude towards the possibilities and reserves to improve the studying process. It is attempted to make a particular analysis of the internationally accepted teaching directions, to distinguish priority models of the process organisation of studies, and to analyse the level of students' independence and self-education, their attitude to the traditional and progressive forms and models of studies. The methods used in the article are the following: conversation, questionnaires, handling of statistic data, interpretation of received data and analysis of scientific literature. The research has proved a hypothesis that in the process of studying the predominant learning methods are extensive ones in comparison to active ones. Moreover, another one hypothesis was proved. It states that the aims of students' independent work are determined by pedagogical factors and external circumstances instead of students' personal needs and interests.
