ENArticle deals with students' opinion about the quality, organization and process of studies at Klaipėda State College, in permanant and continuing studies of Trade Management and Business Management programmes. The research was held in September and October in 2009. The subject of the research was to find out the students' evaluation of the quality of studies in Trade Management and Business Management programmes at Klaipėda State College. The objectives of the research were to analyse the factors that influence the studies' quality and to review the students' opinion and suggestions for the assessment of studies' quality. The paper reveals the factors of students satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the studies and it also analyses study-related aspects such as relations with the lecturers, the objectivity of evaluation, the usefulness and adaptability and other factors of the subjects being studied. After the research has been done, it was found out that the students are satisfied with psychological climate, relations with lecturers, objective assessment of their knowledge, study schedule, consultation schedule, library servincs and with programmes of studies. Some students (10 out of 86) would prefer a better subject teaching, more convienent study schedule, better library services, spread of information and more practice. [From the publication]
