Lietuvos smulkios ir vidutinės įmonės Vidurio Europos panoramoje : lyginamoji analizė

LTStraipsnyje lyginamajai analizei naudojami tyrimų, atliktų šalies („Smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo sąlygos“), taip pat tarptautiniu mastu („PECO-panel“, „DOSME-panel“) duomenys. Šių tyrimų vadovas ir vykdytojas buvo vienas iš straipsnio autorių. ENThe data analysed in the article have been received through investiga­tion of small and medium enterprises according to PHARE programme (PECO-panel and DOSME-panel projects). Applying the method of com­parative analysis, the authors of the article, explain specific features of formation of small and medium enterprises in Lithuania, and identity barriers met by entrepreneurs in Central European countries as well as the "weight" of these barriers in Lithuania The article focuses on the fact that there are more barriers for entrepreneurship in Lithuania than in any other Central European country. There is an intention to attract the attention of politicians and specialists preparing small and medium enterprises development programmes to the very negative opinion of Lithuanian entrepreneurs on existing legal-economic condition for business and to take account of this alti­tude while improving small and medium enterprises development strategy.
