Studentų pedagoginio bendravimo gebėjimų ir studijų veiksnių ryšiai

LTPedagoginis bendravimas kaip sėkmingo ugdymo sąlyga priklauso nuo pedagogo nuostatų į savo profesiją, jo asmenybės ypatumų ir profesinio meistriškumo. Įgyti ir tobulinti profesines kompetencijas būsimiesiems pedagogams palankiausios sąlygos atsiranda pedagoginėje praktikoje. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami būsimųjų pedagogų pasirengimo pedagoginiam bendravimui per pedagoginę praktiką klausimai, pristatoma pedagoginio bendravimo gebėjimų samprata, aptariami empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimas patvirtino, kad įstojimo motyvai bei studijų finansavimo pobūdis turi įtakos studento bendravimo gebėjimams, nuostatoms, santykiams su mokyklos bendruomenės nariais ir dėstytojais. Apsisprendimas stoti į pedagogines studijas, mokymosi motyvacija ir rezultatai yra susiję su studentų pedagoginio bendravimo gebėjimų tobulinimu ir pedagoginės praktikos rezultatais. Įstojusieji pagal praeinamą balą respondentai dažniau nei tie, kurie stojo iš anksto apsisprendę rinktis pedagogines studijas, turėjo sunkumų bendraudami su mokytojais, dėstytojais, mažiau pasitikėjo savo gebėjimais bei stokojo gebėjimų dalyvauti diskusijoje. Jiems trūko gebėjimų bendrauti su mokiniu individualiai su specialiųjų poreikių turinčiais mokiniais. Tai, kad ketvirtadaliui respondentų trūko viešo kalbėjimo arba kalbėjimo mokinių klasei įgūdžių bei kiti atlikto tyrimo rezultatai suponuoja kai kurias tolesnio pedagogų rengimo sistemos tobulinimo gaires: sustiprinti studijų modulius, įvedant privalomas pedagoginio bendravimo pratybas; individualizuoti mokymą; rengti daugiau konsultacijų prieš praktiką, nuteikiant studentus rimtam darbui – studijų teorijos ir praktikos sąsajų paieškoms ir refleksijai.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Pedagoginė praktika; Pedagoginis bendravimas; Gebėjimų įsivertinimas; Studijų veiksniai; Teaching practice; Pedagogical communication; Communication skills self-assessment; Study factors.

ENAim of the article is to reveal gaps of the communication skills emerge during the teaching practice. The study clarified that 25 percent of the respondents lack public speaking skills. Moreover the skills differed greatly among different groups of students depending on whether it is state-funded or not, whether student entered the desired profession or only passed the threshold score. Lack of confidence in abilities more often was mentioned by the students who have not entered the desired profession and pay tuition. The results of the study show that these students more often demonstrate weakness in communicating with teachers (p <0.01), academics ( p <0.05), less confidence in their abilities (χ2 = 5.045, p <0.05) and disputing skills (χ2 = 8.476, p <0.01). Self-assessment of state-funded students differed significantly from the self financing students. The latter lack skills in communication with schoolchildren (p<0.05) and schoolchildren with special needs (p <0.05) and were deficient in disputes (χ2 = 6.046, p <0.05). The development of communication skills was being discouraged by the unapproachable social environment (χ2 = 8.672, p <0.05). The results of this study support the results the relative survey of other Lithuanian researchers: the level of the development of communication skills, students’ relationships with academic community members and school teachers are influenced by motivation to study the subject and the source of financing the studies. Furthermore, the lack of selfconfidence in public speaking is considered as an obstacle to efficient teaching practice. [From the publication]
