LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos neformaliojo ugdymo organizatorių profesinės kompetencijos raiškos galimybės mokinių požiūriu. Darbe ištirta neformaliojo ugdymo organizatoriaus kompetencijos ir gebėjimai, asmeninės savybės, nustatyti vadybiniai aspektai, ištirtos profesinės kompetencijos plėtotės galimybės bei nuostata mokymosi visą gyvenimą atžvilgiu. Išsiaiškinta, kad neformaliojo ugdymo organizatoriui dinamišku, procesų nestandartiškumo laikotarpiu būdingi socialiniai, vadybiniai-organizaciniai gebėjimai. ENThe possibilities of informal training organizers professional competence expression through the learners' point of view are analyzed in the article. Implementing the law of Education and the politics of extra training in Lithuania Republic, the requirements to the extra training organizer's competence go up and change constantly because of increasingly changing activity nature in the career. The problem was worked out going deeper into the extra training organizer's expression of professional competence. The article, with reference to the scientists' works from Lithuania and some other foreign countries, through theoretical aspect revels the informal training organizer's competences and skills, personal characteristics, stated management aspects, the abilities of professional competence expansion and attitude in regard to the learning all one's life. The learners from Raseiniai town and district schools were interviewed on purpose to explore their attitude towards the infomial training organizer's professional competence expression. The results of the research reveled that learners distinguish social competence (relations with other people and social environment, harmonizing abilities and characteristics), and professional competence (specific professional abilities and characteristics, associated with practical activities); special competencies (the combination of psycho physiological and psychological features, which the productivity of the tasks accomplishment depends on); communicativeness, creativity, well prepared manager's competence and sense of humour. The learners gave the highest marks to the vein of specific abilities, brilliance and ability to be the manager. Informal training organizer explores self-development possibilities; the attitude to studying and changes is typical to them as a premise for the competence expansion. [From the publication]
