Moteriškumo reprezentacija

LTStraipsnyje siekiama apibendrinti archetipinio žemės-motinos vaizdinio raiškos atvejus lietuvių tautosakoje; remiantis lietuvių ir kitų tautų etnografine, mitologine medžiaga paanalizuoti, kokiomis apeiginėmis formomis šis vaizdinys pasireiškia. Darbe tyrinėjami tautosakos tekstai, etnografinė ir mitologinė medžiaga, iliustruojanti žemės motinystės ir moteriškumo sampratą. Moteriškajam pradui įvairių tautų senojoje pasaulėjautoje atstovauja žemė. Ji yra viena iš mitinių esybių, dalyvaujančių pasaulio kūrime ir nuolatiniame jo atsinaujinime, mirties ir gyvenimo cikle. Moteriškoji žemės esmė pirmiausia pasireiškia per motinystės idėją. Palyginus įvairius tautosakos tekstus, darbe išskiriami pasikartojantys motyvai. Straipsnyje mėginama parodyti, kad archajiška žemės-motinos samprata įsigalėjo kaip įvairių apeigų bei papročių struktūrinis elementas, o tautosakoje išreiškiamas keliomis pastoviomis poetinėmis formulėmis. Žemdirbystės, vestuvių, gimtuvių, kitose apeigose, buityje žmogaus požiūrį į žemę nulemia jai priskiriama vaisingumą užtikrinanti galia. Senovinio žemės kulto atspindžių dar apstu XIX–XX a. įvairių tautų kultūrose. Skirtingų tautosakos žanrų sąsaja su aptarta etnografine bei mitologine medžiaga nevienoda. Sakmės gana pastovia siužetine forma kartoja daugeliui mitų žinomą motyvą. Tikėjimai, prietarai paprastai tik paaiškina ir patikslina tam tikrus apeiginius veiksmus ar įprastą žmonių elgseną. ENThe purpose of the article is to summarise the cases of archetypal image expression of the earth mother in the Lithuanian folklore; based on the Lithuanian and other nations' ethnographic, mythological materials, to analyse ritual forms in which this image manifests itself. The folklore texts, ethnographic and mythological materials illustrating the concept of earth motherhood and womanhood are examined in the paper. In the old world outlook of different nations earth represents feminine origin. It is one of mythical creatures involved in world creation and its ongoing renewal, in the cycle of life and death. The feminine essence of the earth, first of all, is revealed through motherhood idea. By comparing various folklore texts, recurrent motifs are distinguished in the research. The article attempts to demonstrate that the archaic perception of the earth-mother has established itself as a structural element of various rituals and customs, while in the folklore it is expressed through several constant poetic formulas. Human attitude to earth in agricultural, wedding, childbirth and other rituals is determined by the fertility-guaranteeing power attributed to it. The ancient earth cult is abundantly represented in the 19th - 20th C. cultures of various nations. Different folklore genres are differently related with the above-discussed ethnographic and mythological materials. Sagas repeat the motif known to many myths in rather constant plot form. Beliefs, superstitions usually only explain and specify certain ritual actions or usual human behaviour. The most poetical concept of the earth, as a mother, is observed in songs and laments.
