Tendencies of parents and teachers influence on upbringing altruism among youths

LTTyrimo tikslas – apibrėžti tėvų ir mokytojų įtakos jaunuolių altruistinių bruožų ugdymui tendencijas. Tyrimo uždaviniai – išaiškinti altruizmo ir jaunuolių ugdymo sampratų elementus bei apibrėžti tėvų ir mokytojų įtakos jaunimo altruistinių bruožų ugdymui tendencijas. Tyrimo metodai – analizė, palyginimas, interviu, apklausa raštu, sintezė. 30 jaunuolių (73 % mergaičių and 27 % berniukų) Klaipėdoje sudalyvavo tyrime, atsakydami į klausimus apie jų tėvų ir mokytojų įtaką jų altruistinių bruožų formavimuisi. Tėvų ir mokytojų įtaka ugdant jaunuolių altruistinius bruožus nėra stipri, tačiau buvo atrasta, kad beveik puse apklaustų vyresnių paauglių nežinojo altruizmo reikšmės. Tuo tarpu altruistinė asmens veikla tiesiogiai priklauso nuo teisingo altruizmo supratimo, mokytojai turėtų dažniau kalbėti apie altruizmą, ypač per etikos ir religijos pamokas. Atskleistos tendencijos, kad dauguma jaunuolių patiria pasitenkinimą, kai jų mokytojai jais rūpinasi. Taip pat buvo atskleistas toks pat ryšys tarp tėvų ir mokytojų įtakos tendencijų ugdant jaunuolių altruistinius bruožus. ENThe object of research – to define tendencies of parents and teachers that infuence the upbringing of altruistic features among the youth. Assignments of research – to educe elements of conception of altruism and upbringing of the youth and to define tendencies of parents and teachers influence on upbringing altruistic features among the youth. Methods of research – analysis, comparison, interview, written inquiry, synthesis. 30 youngsters (73 % girls and 27 % boys) in Klaipeda assisted in research answering questions about their parents’ and teachers’ influence on upbringing their altruistic features. Influence on parents and teachers on cultivation of altruistic features among the youths are not strong, because it was discovered that almost half of interviewed elder adolescents did not know the meaning of altruism. Whereas, altruistic activity of a person depends directly on correct understanding of altruism, teachers should speak more about altruism especially during classes of ethics and religion. Discovered tendencies that majority of youngsters experience satisfaction when receiving care from their teachers. There was also discovered the same correlation of parents and teachers influence tendencies on cultivation of altruistic features among the youth. [From the publication]
