Aukštojo mokslo studijų kokybės užtikrinimo vertinimas studentų požiūriu

LTAukštojo mokslo masiškumas, rinkos ekonomika, nacionalinė ir tarptautinė švietimo politika lemia nuolatinį aukštojo mokslo kokybės vertinimo poreikį. Šio straipsnio tikslas – atskleisti, kaip specialiosios pedagogikos bakalauro studijų programos studentai vertina studijų kokybę lemiančius veiksnius. Straipsnyje pristatomi tyrimo rezultatai atskleidžia, kokiais motyvais vadovaudamiesi būsimi studentai renkasi specialybę bei kaip vertina sąlygų studijuoti sudarymo kokybę. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė palankų studentų vertinimą dėl tinkamų sąlygų sudarymo studijuoti neįgaliesiems, respondentų pasitenkinimą studijų aplinka (kabinetais, įranga), tačiau respondentai nurodė studijoms reikalingos literatūros trūkumą, nepasitenkinimą tvarkaraščių sudarymu, kai mažai atsižvelgiama į studijuojančiųjų poreikius. Atskleidžiant respondentų studijų pasirinkimo motyvus išaiškėjo, kad dažniausiai studentai įstojo daug nesvarstydami, beveik atsitiktinai, bet vis labiau įsitikina studijuojantys jiems tinkamą specialybę, taip pat studijų pasirinkimą lėmė turimos žinios apie neįgaliųjų problemas ir noras jiems padėti. Didžioji studentų dalis teigia, kad žino, kokia yra universiteto misija, susipažinę su studijų programos tikslais ir paskirtimi, daugiausia teigiamų atsakymų pateikė žemesniųjų kursų respondentai. ENMassiveness of higher education, market economics, national and international educational policy predetermine permanent need for assessment of the higher education quality. Objective of the current article is to reveal how students of special pedagogic bachelor programme assess factors influencing quality of their studies. Research results introduced in the article reveal, what motives encourage students to select their speciality and how students assess quality related to the formation of studying conditions, what are strengths and weaknesses of the realisation of studies. A qualitative research method was applied in the course of the research. Results of the research revealed favourable assessment by students with regard to the creation of suitable conditions for the studies of disabled persons, respondents’ satisfaction with the environment of studies (rooms, equipment), however, at the same time respondents indicated the lack of literature required for their studies, discontent with schedules, when rather a small attention is paid to the needs of students. When ascertaining motives for respondents’ selection of studies, it was established that in the large number of cases students entered the University without too much thinking, almost incidentally, although more and more often become convinced that they study a serious speciality, moreover, the selection of these specific studies was predetermined by current knowledge about the disabled persons’ problems and wish to help the latter. Majority of students state that they are aware of the University mission, are familiarized with aims and purposes of the study programme, the largest number of positive answers were provided by respondents studying in junior courses.
